Who owns the image once I scan it with the Artzip app?

You retain full rights to any images you unlock and download.

Does Artzip offer a trial?

Yes, you can preview the stitched result for free and only pay to remove the watermark.

Do I need special equipment to use Artzip?

No, a modern smartphone or basic digital camera works well with good lighting.

How can I proof my image before printing?

There are 3 ways you may want to try. Since different monitors and screens can be adjusted differently, you may see variations compared to a print, especially if the device you are viewing the file on is not properly calibrated.

How do I install and setup the WooCommerce plugin?

Why does it say my connection failed?

If you are testing your connection via the plugin and you get a connection failed message, check the logs in the FinerWorks plugin menu. It will usually provide some sort of insight as to why you cannot connect your plugin to FinerWorks.

Does the mural come in one piece or multiple panels?

Murals will be provided in easy-to-manage tiles to accommodate the wallspace you provide when ordering. Wallpaper will be produced in rolls at specified lengths. Order online via POST to see your options.

What if I measure incorrectly?

Contact us if you need assistance with replacing your mural printing or wallpaper. Please review our return policy as well.

Are there minimum or maximum size restrictions?

There is no maximum size. You can order as much printed mural or wallpaper as you need based on the wall space coverage area. For murals, keep in mind that with murals, your artwork or imagery becomes less sharp the larger you go.

How do I measure my wall accurately for a custom murals or wallpaper?

1. Measure the Width Use a tape measure to record the horizontal distance of the wall from end to end. If wrapping around a corner, measure each wall section separately and add the widths together. 2. Measure the Height Measure from the floor to the ceiling (or desired mural height).
