What if I measure incorrectly?

Are there minimum or maximum size restrictions?

There is no maximum size. You can order as much printed mural or wallpaper as you need based on the wall space coverage area. For murals, keep in mind that with murals, your artwork or imagery becomes less sharp the larger you go.

How do I measure my wall accurately for a custom murals or wallpaper?

1. Measure the Width Use a tape measure to record the horizontal distance of the wall from end to end. If wrapping around a corner, measure each wall section separately and add the widths together. 2. Measure the Height Measure from the floor to the ceiling (or desired mural height).

Is Etsy also available within the Order Fulfillment App?

Currently, the Etsy / FinerWorks integration is not yet part of the Order Fulfillment App, but we are working on an Etsy module that will make it part of it. For now, users can still use the existing order connection and order import system, or they can place orders online via the FinerWorks website.

Will I have to do anything when Etsy is included within the Order Fulfillment App?

No, current connections will be carried over to the Etsy module within the new Order Fulfillment App.

Does FinerWorks automatically update an Etsy order with tracking and shipping info?

FinerWorks will post tracking and shipping information, which will be sent by email to the seller. In some cases, we are still able to update the Etsy order itself with this information; however, take note of the following issues as per Etsy policy changes that went into effect late October 2024. What if I have more than one Etsy shop?

A FinerWorks account only supports a single Etsy connection, so if you have multiple stores and need to connect more than one store to FinerWorks, you will need to create a separate FinerWorks account for each store.

What if I only get the occasional order on Etsy?

You can still connect your shop to FinerWorks and import your orders that way. Alternatively you can use our regular website checkout process and choose the drop ship option when you complete your orders. Both ways are widely used by Etsy sellers.

Does FinerWorks integrate with Etsy?

Yes, Etsy sellers can connect their store directly to FinerWorks. Through our existing Esty integration app, users will be able to import their orders and have them fulfilled by FinerWorks.
