Currently, the Etsy / FinerWorks integration is not yet part of the Order Fulfillment App, but we are working on an Etsy module that will make it part of it. For now, users can still use the existing order connection and order import system, or they can place orders online via the FinerWorks website.

What if I have more than one Etsy shop?

A FinerWorks account only supports a single Etsy connection, so if you have multiple stores and need to connect more than one store to FinerWorks, you will need to create a separate FinerWorks account for each store.

What if I only get the occasional order on Etsy?

You can still connect your shop to FinerWorks and import your orders that way. Alternatively you can use our regular website checkout process and choose the drop ship option when you complete your orders. Both ways are widely used by Etsy sellers.
