What if my mug arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your mug is damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just contact us with a photo of the damage and your order number.

How long does it take to produce and ship mugs?

Production typically takes 1–3 business days. This is just an average and may take longer during busy seasons, such as around the holidays or when inventory is being replenished. Shipping times vary by location, but we offer standard and expedited shipping options to meet your needs.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Nope! You can order just one or as many as you need. Whether you’re creating a custom gift, testing a new design, or fulfilling an order for your online store, we’ve got you covered. However, you can likely save when ordering in bulk since many of our products have built in volume discounts.

Do the colors look the same in print as they do on my screen?

We strive for excellent color accuracy, but some slight variation may occur due to the differences between screen and print, especially with sublimation. You can order a sample mug if you’re concerned about precise color matching, especially before you place any large bulk orders.

Are these mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, they are; however, for the maximum life of the imaged product, we recommend hand washing.

Can I preview my photo before printing?

You can preview them online. For a physical proof, we encourage you to order a single print as a test proof, especially for large orders or high-value images. This ensures the photo prints match your expectations before committing to volume production.
