POST (Print Online Setup Tool) v5 is a fast, modern web application that makes configuring and ordering custom fine art prints easier than ever, whether you’re a first-time buyer or a seasoned collector.
See Your Order Before You Place It
The heart of POST v5 is a live, product preview that updates in real time as you make selections. Choose a frame, add a mat, pick glazing, and watch your product assemble itself on screen. The preview renders actual frame segments with true depth, shadow, and bevel shading, so what you see is as close to the finished piece as possible.
A Guided, Intelligent Configurator
No more guessing which options go together. The configurator walks you through choices in a logical order, only showing options that are relevant and compatible with what you’ve already selected:
- Product type — canvas, fine art paper, greeting cards, and more
- Print media — choose the substrate that suits your style
- Size — pick from standard sizes or enter a custom dimension
- Mounting & style — gallery wrap, float mount, standouts, and more
- Frame collections — browse curated frame families and pick your profile
- Matting — single and double mat options, automatically sized to your print
- Glazing — museum glass, acrylic, and standard options where available
- Add-ons — hanging hardware, canvas backing, and specialty finishing
- Canvas side color — choose a custom wrap color directly in the preview
- Color correction — opt into professional color correction at checkout
Your Image, Your Way
Drop your artwork into the preview and position it exactly how you want it. Drag to reposition, pull the corner handles to resize, and the preview updates live. A print resolution badge tells you in real time whether your image will print beautifully, color-coded from Excellent (300+ DPI) to Low, and stays visible while you’re working, so there are no surprises.
Built-In Design Studio
For products with custom design zones, POST v5 includes an integrated graphic design editor. Add text, graphics, and layouts directly in the browser, no external software needed. Designs save automatically and flow straight into your product preview.
Manage Multiple Products at Once
Configuring a multi-piece order? POST v5 supports multiple product slots side by side. Switch between a focus view, where your active product is front and center, and a grid view showing all products at once. Each slot is independently configurable with its own image, options, and quantity.
Upload, Organize, Order
The built-in image library keeps your artwork organized. Upload multiple files at once with real-time progress tracking, browse your existing image inventory, and drag images directly into any product slot. Large file uploads are handled in parallel chunks for reliability on any connection.
