Is the Geo Galleries logo going to show up on my print?

No. The Geo Galleries logo you see on the preview is a website watermark for us to protect the artists’ intellectual copyright to the image when viewing it online. The actual artwork does not have this watermark printed on it.

Do I have to pay online?

For most sales, we ask that the transaction be completed online via credit card or PayPal. If you have a corporate buyer’s account, additional payment arrangements can be made.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on shipping methods and available options based on an order’s contents and, in some cases, the destination. To get a general sense of shipping costs, please visit our shipping page.

What if I can’t find the type of print I am looking for?

If you like a title we have on display, however the artist or GeoGalleries is not offering it in the size or type of printed product you are looking for, contact us to let us know.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for most orders. If you are not satisfied with an item you received, please review our refunds and return policy for conditions and instructions.

Do you have a physical store or gallery?

At this time, GeoGalleries in an online gallery only.

When will my order ship?

Please allow for approximately 3-5 business days for your order to ship once the order is placed. For complex items such as Acrylic prints and prints with custom framing, production time may be a few days longer. Due to high order volumes during the holidays, shipping times will increase to include a few additional days.

Does Geo Galleries produce and ship the art?

Geo Galleries was founded by a fine art print production house for professional artist and photographers in San Antonio, Texas called FinerWorks Media, LLC. FinerWorks produces and ships the artwork under the Geo Galleries brand however, Geo Galleries is a separate entity from FinerWorks.
