For framed prints, Tyvek backing (black or white) is placed on the back of the frame to seal the artwork from dust and moisture. Appropriate hanging hardware is installed on the back.
For frames ordered without the print, hanging hardware is provided but not installed.
Shell-packs (3-packs) do not include any hanging hardware.

I purchased a print on a floater frame and I am at a loss on how to hang it. There was hardware on the back of the frame, but I am not sure what type of nail to use. Help please

Since we use different hanging hardware depending on the size of the print, send a photo with your message on the back so they know what type of hanging hardware you received. Let them know I sent you 🙂
