Is there a minimum order quantity?

Nope! You can order just one or as many as you need. Whether you’re creating a custom gift, testing a new design, or fulfilling an order for your online store, we’ve got you covered. However, you can likely save when ordering in bulk since many of our products have built in volume discounts.

How do I order?

Most people order online via our website’s Print Online Setup Tool. Using this method, you will upload your image file(s), select the product type, styles, and size of print you want, then add the item to your shopping cart.

Can I place a large corporate order to get special rates?

Will my print be ready to hang?

Do you print directly onto the wood?

The image is sublimated directly onto the treated surface of the panel using special dye based inks. This makes then smudge proof and not likely to be scratched unless scraped with a hard or sharp object.

Can I apply my own finish to the wood print?

Non-solvent based chemicals could potentially harm the print however you should experiment in a small area first.

Why can’t I soft proof my wood prints?

Soft proofing relies on having a consistent white level on the surface of the media the image is being printed to. Since the wood is not white and the hue of the wood can vary slightly dependent upon the age of the veneer, there is no way to profile a wood print.

Do I have to do anything special to my image before hand?

You should not have do anything other than choose a size that matches as close to your image as possible.

Can I paint over my wood print?

Absolutely. You can use acrylic or oils.
