Does matting cost extra?

Frame prices do not include any matting or acrylic glazing. To view prices on matting, visit our Picture Frame Matting page.

Where can I find pricing for frames?

To price frames only, just visit our Frame Moulding Style page. Find the moulding you’d like to price, enter the frame size you want to get pricing.

Do you offer custom frame sizes or just standard frame sizes?

We do. In fact, because our frames are made-to-order, we do not price our custom sizes any differently than those considered to be considered a more standard or common size.

Can I buy just a frame?

Sure! Just visit our Frame Moulding Style page to pick out a frame and order online.

Does FinerWorks offer paper types other than those listed on the website?

Yes. We offer some special request media types for high volume offline orders. Check the options list and make sure you contact us for a quote when you have an opportunity to place a very large order with FinerWorks.

What “add ons” does FinerWorks offer?

We can convert your image to sepia or black and white at no additional charge, in addition to color/contrast fixes. We also offer touch up services in addition to textured brush strokes for canvas prints.

Does FinerWorks offer touch up services?

Yes. We can offer minor touch up for images which may need to have minor scratches removed, time stamps removed, and/or small bends or tears digitally remastered. This option is available as an add-on during the checkout process.

Does FinerWorks offer offline ordering for massive print runs?

Yes we do. The offline program provides the flexibility for artists, curators, decorators and businesses needing large or massive print runs to place special orders they might otherwise not be able to on our website. Read more…

Can FinerWorks add inserts with my orders?

Because this can be disruptive to our normal workflow of processing and shipping orders, the addition of inserts such as flyers or other promotional materials is typically only available for Level 3 accounts.

Does FinerWorks offer “Retail Ready” packaging options?

Finerworks offers some retail-ready packaging options for primarily paper prints. These are available within P.O.S.T., our online ordering tool.
