Can I upgrade my account from “basic” to “gallery” if I want to start selling?

We no longer differentiate between the two. A basic account is now the same as a gallery account.

How do I know my images won’t get used, sold, or stolen if I store them?

As an on-demand printer, we must adhere to the same regulations and standards that anyone else does. To learn more about protecting your intellectual property, take time to read over one of our recent blogs here.

Can I download my stored, hi-res images from FinerWorks.com?

Yes, if the image was saved in your Inventory Files. From there you will find under each image of the file you will find a “Create Download Link” for a small fee of $1.50 USD. See Video

Why is my order not showing up in my order history?

If you are unable to locate a recent order in your order history, it is likely you may not have been logged into your accounbt prior to placing your order. To fix this, simply contact us and we will be happy to add the unassigned order to your account for you.

What options will I have as a registered member?

Each registered account is intended for those who wish to print on demand, have the option to store their images with FinerWorks, and maintain a gallery. Users may opt to create personal galleries, sell prints from FinerWorks via their PayPal account, as well as sell from the Main FinerWorks Gallery.

Can I set my own prices?

Geo Galleries sets the retail price at 3x’s the cost as of July 2022. To see the retail price as your customers would; you must be logged out of your FinerWorks account.

Can I create a custom URL for my gallery?

Currently, we do not offer custom URLs.

Can I return a print?

View our returns page for more information regarding refunds and/or returns.

What if I’m unhappy with my print?

Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order if you are unhappy with your print. Our first goal will be to help you get a satisfactory replacement. If that is not an option, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

What should I do with my damaged print?

If your print arrives damaged, contact us immediately. Once we have received photo snapshots of the damage, we will arrange to either reprint your damaged print or provide a full refund.
