When uploading vector artwork, is it best sent as a PDF or a rasterized JPG file format?

Rasterized PNG, JPG or TIFF files are necessary. If you file is a PDF or vector file (such as Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator), please convert it. You will need to make these changes before submitting these files for accurate color when printed due to different CMYK and RGB outputs.

Am I required to print on the back of my flat card?

You are not. After formatting the front of the card, you may add it directly to your cart. The back of the card will arrive blank.

Do you offer double-sided printing for your flat cards?

Yes, your flat cards may have images or graphics on both sides.

Will my set of cards come in a box?

Your set of cards will arrive in its own card box with a clear top for easy viewing. Keep in mind that multiple sets will not always have their own boxes as these boxes are utilized for packaging and shipping purposes. We do not currently offer card storage boxes for purchase.

Can you mail a card for me?

We do not offer direct card mailing services.

Do cards come with envelopes?

All folded cards, both standard and giclee cards, come with envelopes. For flat cards and postcards, envelopes can be ordered as an add-on.

How do I add an image to the back of my card?

You may include a logo or graphics to the back of your folded card. Just choose one of your uploaded images to add imagery to the back.

Can I add images or graphics to the inside of my folded card?

At this time we do not offer the option to print imagery inside the folded cards.

Are cards full bleed printed?

The front of the cards will have a bleed of approximately 1/8 inch, so we recommend allowing for this bleed when formatting your image file. Subject matter on or close to the edges may be partially cropped or appear off-centered.

Are bulk rates available for multiples cards that are different?

No, bulk rates are only applicable when it is duplicate copies of the same card.
