Can I provide a logo on packing slips?

Included here is the ability to upload a logo. This will serve two purposes.

Can packing slips show my business information instead of my billing info?

If you have a registered account with FinerWorks, there is an area within your account where you can save your business information, such as the company name, department, or contact person, and address.

Is the FinerWorks brand hidden from my customers?

The packing slip will not display any prices or FinerWorks information. In addition, the return address on the shipping label has the name, company, and address you entered in the billing phase of your checkout.

How long does it take to get a framed print?

Our average for most frames is about 5 to 7 days in production; however, there may be exceptions dependent on current inventory levels and how quickly the supplier can send us the required stock. You can also see our turnaround time page for time frame details.

Where are the custom frames made?

All framing is cut and joined at the framing center located in San Antonio, Texas. print and framing facility. This is done by a team of experienced members of FinerWorks framing department.

Do you offer volume discounts for matting?

We have built in volume discounts that are applied when you order multiple copies of a mat. Add more than one to your shopping cart and the per item price will update to the discounted price.

Do frames include finishing and hanging hardware?

For framed prints, Tyvek backing (black or white) is placed on the back of the frame to seal the artwork from dust and moisture. Appropriate hanging hardware is installed on the back. For frames ordered without the print, hanging hardware is provided but not installed. Shell-packs (3-packs) do not include any hanging hardware.

Do you have any moldings that are not shown on your website?

We do offer more moldings on-site and for offline orders. Contact us directly to learn more.

Are your frames made of wood?

Most of our frames are wood. Many also have a laminate or veneer however there are also metal (aluminum) as well as polystyrene. For more info on wood frames and polystyrene, read this article on mouldings and what they are made of.
