Getting a Bad Print

Since we do not print with “white” inks, the white areas in your print will reflect the tone of your chosen paper in its natural state. Some papers have a slightly warm cast, while others do not. Being informed about the paper you are printing on will help you avoid any surprises. Learn More

This could stem from a number of factors but the first thing to check is your white balance/white points. Another thing that might result in color shifting is submitting your images for print in CMYK mode instead of RGB mode. Find out more about accuracy in print color

If your print arrives damaged, contact us immediately. Once we have received photo snapshots of the damage, we will arrange to either reprint your damaged print, or provide a full refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order if you are unhappy with your print. Our first goal will be to help you get a satisfactory replacement. If that is not an option we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

We utilize clear plastic print sleeves for added safety and protection during the transport of your print. The print sleeves used for packing are not intended for re-use. Often because of the amount of tape used to secure the print sleeve for safe travel, the print sleeve is not salvageable.  If you wish to obtain usable clear print sleeves, you can order them here.

Print’s being lost or damaged during shipping is rare however it does happen on occasion (less than 1% of orders are ever reported to us). If this occurs, please contact us by e-mail or phone via our contact page so that we can make arrangements as required. In some instances of damaged prints, UPS will pickup the damaged print so make sure you tell your customer to make it available in the original package for pickup by UPS. With lost prints, we may require an additional several days depending on the time frame the order was shipped in the instance an order is running late or transit information has not been updated by the courier.

We require returns be processed within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund or credit with FinerWorks.  Credits with FinerWorks are non-refundable but they do not expire.
