The FinerWorks Order Fulfillment App is currently available for beta testing. This video provides a general orientation and walks you through of the different features.

Initial Setup

Click the Launch Wizard Setup button to begin setting up your account for Order Fulfillment. Note: You will be directed to log in to your FinerWorks account first.

My Company

Set up your business profile. The logo is optional. Note, non-U.S.-based businesses can still use their company name but will need to use FinerWorks’ or another U.S.-based address in the address fields.

Ship Preferences

Select your shipping preference. Note, these are preferences and are used by our system to determine which shipping method you want us to use. You can easily override these preferences when you import orders.

Billing

Add a Payment method as well as your billing address.

Virtual Inventory

For platforms that support exporting your virtual inventory as products, you will be able to select from your virtual inventory and publish it as products to those platforms.

Modules

These are various third-party platforms or storefronts that you can connect to the Order Fulfillment App.

Once setup has been completed, return to the home screen or go to My Stores and click the icon to connect your store. Each platform may have its own unique process. Once connected, you can import orders from those platforms. Note that the Excel option does not require any sort of connection. Platforms that are currently under development to be supported will be grayed out. Once any other 3rd party platform is connected, it will display a connected message.

With the exception of our gloss canvas, our canvas prints are printed with the newer Epson resin inks. These resin-coated pigments acts as a built-in liquid coating for each inkdrop which alleviates the need to apply any sort of liquid coating or laminate like done in the past. This allows for greater image details and consistency across print-to-print.

Gloss canvas is printed with Canon aqueous pigmented inks. The coating on the base canvas is specially formulated to allow the inks to bond more efficiently to the glossy canvas so that no coating is necessary.

For canvas, we primarily use poly-cotton blend canvases, specially coated to receive the inks used by our printers. The canvas has an oxford weave giving it a natural canvas texture as favored by professional photographers.

Both Epson and Canon promote their inks as being resistant to fading over time. Over time we have used both wide-format printers from both companies. Our parent company FinerWorks has been producing canvas prints since around 2001. In that time, we have had no one contact us and indicate their print had faded.

Your giclee canvas print will last up to 150 years with the proper care. Both Epson and Canon promote their inks as being resistant to fading over time.

Yes. We use only sap-free lumber for our stretcher bars. Our preference has always been Kiln dried pine as it is not likely to crack, warp, or become brittle.

We have built in volume  & bulk discounts that will cover most scenarios; however, if the scope and size of the order is not listed when checking pricing, please contact us with the details of what you want to order and the time frame so that we can work out the fulfillment and pricing of the order.

Most people order online via our website’s Print Online Setup Tool.  Using this method, you will upload your image file(s), select the product type, styles, and size of print you want, then add the item to your shopping cart.

Some businesses that use us may have their websites connected to us, either through our Order Fulfillment App or one of our legacy integrations, which allow for batch order submissions.

FinerWorks is unable to accept orders by phone or email.

Nope! You can order just one or as many as you need. Whether you’re creating a custom gift, testing a new design, or fulfilling an order for your online store, we’ve got you covered.

However, you can likely save when ordering in bulk since many of our products have built in volume discounts.
